This is a customer-facing team member role, providing assistance and advice to both internal and external customers, which include members of the public, the sales and service department and external workshops. The Parts Advisor sells products to repair the problem and meet the customer’s needs. The Parts Advisor provides excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Good communication and administration skills are essential for this role along with a willingness to keep technical knowledge updated in order to provide the most efficient service possible.
