We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant. This is a temporary part time assignment for a minimum of 10 months offering Â£8 per hour.
This role requires someone who is self motivated with lots of initiative coupled with a can do and willing attitude . The Administration Assistant will be reporting to the finance manager, and to have knowledge of Microsoft office and sage 200.
The Administration Assistant will be responsible for;
-Entry of purchase invoices, matching to purchase orders where applicable
-Basic sales order processing
-General office duties
-Sales ledger and purchase ledger
The hours of work are 11-4pm Monday to Friday 20 hours per week.
