What will your duties include?
As a Deputy Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Housekeeper with the management of a busy housekeeping department, to ensure that we provide the very best service to our clients and to their guests.
As a part of this high energy and fast moving environment you will be required to;
Be the first port of call for the Hotel General Manager and senior management team within the hotel in the absence of the Head Housekeeper
Support the housekeeping team with ongoing training and development
To assist the housekeeping team including supervisors to meet their daily targets
Ensure a safe working environment
To maintain that the standards set by Hotelcare and our client at all times
What experience is required?
You will have worked within housekeeping and will have excellent office administration skills. You need to have a high level of attention to detail and demonstrate high levels of quality.
