Randstad are currently recruiting for full time Customer Service Advisors to work at a well-known medical supplier based in Sunbury on Thames.

Hours are Monday – Thursday: 9.30am – 5.30pm, Friday: 9.30am – 5.00pm plus 1 in 2 Saturdays from 9.00am – 2.00pm. On the weeks that you work on a Saturday, you will have a day off during the week.

This is a telephone-based role within a busy call centre dealing with enquires and taking orders from the company’s clients. All incoming calls come from business customers and there is no telesales or cold-calling activity.

Main duties include:

Processing all telephone orders, enquiries, complaints and general information
Manage the relationship between Supply Chain and Key Account team
Support internal & Business Improvement initiatives
Maintain SLA’s & EMA Metrics (including KPIs associated with role)
Maintain product, system & commercial knowledge to manage customer relationships
Support Sales & Marketing initiatives
Credit & Debit Note Management
Manage Outbound Automation campaigns
Support Automation Campaigns, the system set up and testing
Set up new accounts and make amendments to data
Recall Management
Knowledge / Experience / Skills required

Education:

Completed secondary school education with GCSE or equivalent level of study (including English) preferred
A basic level of IT proficiency preferred
Key competencies:

Experience of working in a customer service role
Customer mind-set, able to demonstrate understanding and give examples of putting the customer at the forefront of solutions offered
Self-motivated, committed team player
Proactive approach to problem solving/complaint handling
Good computer skills – Word and Excel and Outlook
Sound administrative skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and clear pronunciation over the phone
Able to work well under pressure
Accurate data entry skills
Good numeric skills
Excellent organisational skills
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage but not essential
