HR Advisor – London – to Â£45,000
Our client is a city based boutique Financial Consultancy. Owing to growth they have an urgent need for a HR Advisor to assist their HR Director in the day to day running of the HR function.
Within this busy role, which has quite a transactional element, you will be responsible for the administration around starters/leavers, benefits administration, working on performance management cases and day to day reporting on HR metrics.
Ideal candidates for this role will be graduates, preferably CIPD qualified, with a background of working within financial services, banking or similar.
