You will work closely with the FSO HR Business Partners and the business but will also be the key liaison between the FSO Talent Team and the specialised centralised reward team. The role assists the FSO Talent Team to implement a salary review which is aligned to the reward strategy and objectives of the EMEIA FSO Region.
Your responsibilities as a Reward Manager will include:
Project planning and management: Under the guidance of the Senior HR Business Consultant who is co-ordinating the overall review, plan and project manage the end-to-end year-end salary review process for FSO in the UK
Liaise with the various stakeholders to plan and deliver the review within the required timeframe
Budget and modelling: manage the modelling and budgeting process – build budgeting model, support HR Business Consultants (‘HRBCs’), provide analysis from modelling tool for Service Line and for FSO UK as a whole
Bonus schemes: Calculate bonus payments – model budget, establish principles based on affordability and calculate payments
Calculate Director and Executive Director bonus payments- model budget and individual Service Line split and, support HRBCs in modelling bonus payments for Service Line
Salary bands and structure: Support HRBCs on the formulation of salary bands, providing further market data analysis, insight and providing best practice advice
Qualifications/skills you’ll need as a Reward Manager:
Strong analytical, project management and time management skills
Highly numerate and comfortable with numerical data, analysis etc
Knowledge and experience of working in Reward team/function
You should have proven experience of managing reward projects
Able to establish credibility quickly and present information effectively both orally and in writing with senior stakeholders
