LEAP are currently looking for a HR Manager to join their growing business to support resourcing and talent management as well as leading on general HR issues. This role is designed to support the organisation as it continues to build on recent success, helping to shape the people agenda and drive forward the HR strategy.

Detailed Job Description

With a strong growth agenda our client is looking for a HR Manager to support the executives and staff across their UK operations.

Reporting to the CEO, the HR Manager will provide advice and assistance to executives and staff including, recruitment process, induction, on boarding/off boarding, training and development, performance monitoring, employee counselling and day to day human resource functions.

This may also include workplace legal research and advice.

Key Responsibilities will be to:

Manage recruitment suppliers, conducting agency briefings and performance reviews as required
Schedule, organise and conduct interviews
Work with executives and staff on all general HR matters
Offer guidance for performance reviews, salary reviews and personal long term development plans
Provide all aspects of employee relations advice and guidance
Enable employee engagement across the business functions
Provide general HR project support
Assist in the shaping and management of the talent agenda
Candidate’s Profile

Experience of working in a stand-alone role
Previous Recruitment experience
Strong generalist background and ER knowledge
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
HR qualification/certification such as CIPD would be desirable
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

£45,000 – £50,000 + benefits
