Purchase Ledger Clerk – Immediate Start – Leeds – Temporary 6 months Minimum –
Â£8.80-Â£9.34 PER HOUR Subject to experience
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for a maintenance company in Leeds
You will also be the central point for Purchasing Cards and Coda Procurement administration and you will be Reporting to the Freightliner Maintenance Ltd Management Accountant,
Your role will be to organise, code and administrate the flow of purchase invoices. You will be the direct contact for external suppliers, internal depot managers and the Southampton Accounts department.
Duties to including:-
Coding Documents for invoices
Sending Documents off
Updating & Entering details on to Coda Procurement as well as in house system
The ideal candidate will be able to manage themselves, use own initiative and prepared to carry out a medical and alcohol test.
Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am -5pm but need to be flexible
