Fast growing Executive Search company with great offices in Central London


Our client is an Executive Search company with great offices in Central London looking to recruit an Administrator/Coordinator to work with its team of Consultants and arrange interviews. Your duties will include:

Liaising with clients and candidates – arranging interviews, confirming interviews via email, updating the database
Complex diary management
Updating each Consultant on what interviews have been arranged and when
Updating the company’s database
Screening calls
General administration duties

The ideal candidate for this role will:

Previously worked in a corporate office
Excellent organisational, time management and multi tasking skills
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a good telephone manner and the confidence to liaise at all levels
Calm under pressure
Good attention to detail, ensuring work is produced accurately and of the highest possible standard
Good IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Job Offer

On offer is a salary of £20,000 – £22,000 + bonus and 25 days holiday
