My client is looking for an administrator to join their team, dealing with a variety of different administrative tasks in their busy contracts office.
– Answering the telephone as first point of contact to calls coming into the contracts office, dealing with queries where possible or forwarding to appropriate individuals
– Typing standard letters/emails i.e. responding to enquiries
– Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
– General filing for the office
– Assisting other members of staff as necessary and any other duties deemed appropriate by your manager
– Occasional Reception cover
– Previous experience in an administrative role
– Competency in Microsoft Office
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to manage and prioritise tasks on a daily basis
Hours: 40 hours, 8.00-5.00, Monday to Friday
