Fantastic opportunity to work with a well established company based in Wakefield. They are currently looking for a temporary Administrator (long-term) – could go permanent to the right candidate – immediate start.

The main purpose of the role is to provide full administrative support to a busy, but very friendly team.

Main duties:-

-Entering various information from customers onto various databases
-Ensuring all data is correctly input and any discrepancies highlighted
-Checking through varioius reports
-Archiving and keeping filing systems updated
-Handling incoming and outgoing calls, transferring calls and taking messages
-Opening and replying to e-mails
-Undertaking any other admin duties as required i.e. photocopying/scanning

Person spec:-

-Experience in a similar administrative/customer service role – essential
-Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
-Computer literate and confident using Excel and learning systems quickly
-Methodical with a good eye for detail
-Fast but accurate data input skills
-Team player
-Good organisational skills
-Willingness to learn
-Immediately available

Hours of work are 37.5 (Monday – Friday) – car parking is available
