Compliance / QA Officer (Pharmaceutical Industry)
£22-26k Salary (depending on experience)
Based – Chiswick , West London W4
Mon – Fri 9am – 5.30pm
Immediate start

Role:
*Supplier compliance
*Product compliance
*Quality Systems compliance and maintenance
*Employee training compliance

Duties:
*Scheduling of Supplier audits in accordance with pre-planned schedule.
*Issue of Supplier audit questionnaire in accordance with pre-planned schedule.
*Translated documents (notarised Manufacturing Licence / GMP cert etc.)
*Technical Agreement reviews
*Manufacturing Licenses
*Securing and maintaining all relevant GDP licences required to operate in new and existing territories.

*Overview of Batch release documentation for general compliance with escalation of batch deviation reporting as required.
*Receipt, review Certificates of Analysis
*Maintenance of Product technical files inclusive of:
*Annual product reviews / PQRs
*Stability program maintenance and reporting
*Temperature data recorder calibration and shipment data download and analysis.
*Product reference samples identification, review and storage.
*Tracking and quality release documentation for product returns.
*Ensuring all company SOP’s are identified for review in accordance with the review period and identified to the responsible person for update if necessary.
*Change control documentation is raised and tracked for closure in a timely.
*Deviation reports are raised and tracked for closure in a timely manner with technical input from area experts.
*Internal self-audit and inspection
*Quality Management Review – including Quality Complaint review and trending.

*Routine maintenance of the system used to record employee training.
*Maintenance of employee training records (co-ordinated and provided by the Area Managers for individual employees).
*Compliance of employee training with regulatory requirements, including Controlled Drugs training.

Skills:
*Knowledge of Quality Management system within a pharmaceutical background is preferred.
*Good inter-personal and communication skills with internal and external contacts.
*Teamwork and co-operation with both internal and external customers.
*Ability to work under pressure and to tight time deadlines.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Ability to prioritise work.
*Effective time management.
*Above average IT skills.
