A Sales Supervisor is required to join our team in London Sales Centre (WC1B 4AR) on a permanent basis.
WHAT THE SALES SUPERVISOR JOB INVOLVES:
The Sales Supervisor role is a varied and challenging one where no one day is the same.
Working closely with the National Contact Centre team, you will be playing a vital role in the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
Your role will include:
-Leading the team in delivering high quality sales activity
-Identifying the sales opportunities and customer needs
-Monitoring customer satisfaction surveys and delivering action plans and recommendations for improvement
-Promoting and delivering sales best practice within the city
-Working collaboratively across internal stakeholders to provide feedback from activities with supporting data on the management of performance to optimise service delivery
-Delivering against daily and weekly sales targets
-Taking accountability for overall sales shop presentation
There are also a variety of important team leadership and supervisory duties, such as:
-Monitoring progress and quality of work
-Conducting 1 to 1 meetings
-Identifying and managing personal development needs
-Planning and managing resource levels (including rota management, holiday and recruitment)

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:
A genuine passion for sales and customer service is the most important quality for us. Although you may not have worked in the contact centre environment before, what is really important to us is that you have:
-Team leader, supervisory or management experience in a customer facing sales environment
-Previous sales experience and working to and achieving targets
-Performance management, people development, coaching and mentoring
-Motivating others in the delivery of excellent customer service

-Are a first class team player who possesses a positive and collegiate attitude
-Thrive on understanding, empathising and delivering against customer needs
