CV searching and headhunting through online databases
Cold-calling and qualifying candidates
Conducting and managing candidate meetings
Maintaining strong client relationships, as well as generating new business
Building your own brand within the firm
Negotiating fees and terms with clients
A 2:2 from a good University is preferred
Strong sales experience is beneficial, especially telesales and B2B sales
You must be highly competitive – a strong sporting background is also beneficial
You must have strong communication skills
Enthusiastic and energetic; you will need to be ready to immerse yourself into the company culture!!
You will undergo a 10 week intensive training programme, where you will learn the 360 recruitment process in great detail
You will receive continual mentorship from senior management and directors to ensure your career path is continually progressing
Basic salary between £20-£23k depending on experience + uncapped commission structure (expected earnings in excess of £40k in first year)
A range of incentives including annual company holidays (all expenses paid), monthly lunch clubs for top performers and weekly team drinks
21 days holiday, increasing by 1 day each year of service (up to 25 days)
Internal progression is expected after 12-18 months
