You will be responsible for the whole 360 recruitment process. You will begin your career by resourcing a high calibre of candidates through CV searching and head hunting. You will be required to cold-call potential candidates and qualify them for available roles within your client base. As you progress you will gain a sound knowledge of the IT market, and eventually be expected to generate leads and develop new business within the market. Successful candidates will be able to build their own brand within the firm, and not only generate but also maintain strong relationships between both clients and candidates.
This role requires a lot of determination and hardwork – it certainly isn’t for the faint hearted! We need people who are highly competitive, confident and motivated by success. A degree from a Top 50 University is preferred, however is you have 6-12 months sales experience (B2B or telesales) then you will be considered. You will also need strong communication skills.
Competitive basic salary + an UNCAPPED commission structure (£35-£40k expected in first year)

21 days holiday, increased by 1 day with each year of service (up to 25 days)
