Part Time Purchasing Administrator
Part time purchasing administrator required with an immediate start, this is a part time permanent role.
My client is currently in need of a part time permanent purchasing administrator to join their successful team.
Day to day ordering of materials and internal manufacturing orders to meet business requirements
Booking orders on to Sage (Goods Receipt)
Update and maintain stock records using Sage software
Cross checking supplier invoices
Assist with Stocktaking and on-going accuracy checks
Assist with sourcing new products and suppliers
Liaise/work with the Sales Department with regards to forthcoming orders, stock issues etc
Liaise/work with the Warehouse with regards to stock issues, deliveries etc
General administration relating to Purchasing & Stock
Suitable background/experience in stock purchasing and administration
Attention to detail
Competence working with MS Office Suite and Sage software
Confidence in dealing with customers/suppliers
Possess excellent personal organisation and business administration skills
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Your typical working hours will be
Five days a week, four hours per day
20 hours per week
Due to my clients location having your own transport is essential.
