We have flexible relief, part time and full time support worker positions within the area of West Sussex, covering Crawley, Horsham, East Grinstead, Horley, Redhill, Reigate and some areas of Surrey including Dorking and Leatherhead.

Working as a support worker at Dimensions you will have the opportunity to gain your Qualifications and Credit Framework Diploma in Health and Social Care, a comprehensive induction, other accredited training and genuine opportunities for career progression including our Aspire Programme.
About the role
Your duties will include:
Interacting and communicating with the people you support in a way that promotes dignity and respect
Supporting people to live an everyday life and helping them engage with their families, friends and local community
Manual handling, cooking and assisting with personal care
Administering medication to the people you support if and when required in accordance with our Medication Policy
You will be required to work flexible shifts, including some weekends and bank holidays?

Due to the travelling involved in this role and the needs of the people we support, candidates must have a full UK/EU Driving Licence and a Car.
