Retail Sales Assistant
Pop-Up Events and In-Store Promotions

Events and Retail Locations: Throughout the South East

Bravington Capital is looking for extroverted, outgoing people for our Retail Sales and Promotions openings. Previous retail sales experience is helpful, but not required.
You’ll be representing our clients to the public at pop-up events in areas with heavy footfall like train stations, retail shopping centres, trade shows and other venues.
Your initial focus will be on creating brand awareness and brand recognition whilst also educating consumers and signing them up for products and services.
All sales assistants need to be 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the UK. You’ll also need to be willing/able to commute to Southampton each day, and to travel to and from the pop-up events.
No specific work experience, education, nor qualifications are necessary, but you should be willing to learn, grow, and expand your comfort zones in order to maximise this opportunity.
Growth and Earnings:
We have a structured Business Development Programme for those interested in learning Team Leadership or Trainee Management.
Your advancement and earnings will be based on results and responsibility, not based on previous experience, education, office politics nor seniority.
You’ll be working on a self employed basis so that you have the flexibility to grow with us as you see fit.
Our clients work with us on a pay-per-customer basis, so it’s in our best interest to make sure you complete sales effectively. You’ll earn commission only for each sale, which allows top performers to earn well above the national average.
