Prime Commercial Staff are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to start with our Queenslie based client on a temporary basis – immediate start available for the successful candidate.

Duties will include:

– Dealing with volume incoming calls and customer queries

– Coordinate with other departments and customers ensuring you provide an excellent service at all times

– Liaise with external clients/customers to ensure all queries are resolved

– Complete high volume data entry quickly and accurately

– Managed internal database, ensuring accurate and timely completion of information

The successful candidate will have previous Customer Service experience coupled with strong Administration skills.

Candidates will ideally have worked in an environment where they are used to dealing with high volume incoming calls in a quick and efficient manner.

You must also be immediately available to attend interview and commence employment.

Due to level of CVs expected, only suitable candidates will be contacted. All other CVs will be held on file for future positions.
