An opportunity has arisen for an accounts administrator to join an organisation based in Dartford.
The selected candidate will need to be experienced and confident with the following especially cost accrual and purchase invoices.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Administration of all incoming invoices
- Dealing with suppliers on a daily basis
- Cost accrual and processing of purchase invoices
- Stationery administration
- You will be required to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the administration department supporting colleagues within the business on a daily basis.
- Must have previous experience within a similar role especially with cost accrual and purchase invoicing.
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work in a pressured environment
- Previous experience within a transport environment desirable
- You will need to be available for an immediate start and commit to a 12 month contract.
