As Chef Manager, you will assist with our successful catering teams in Maidenhead. You will have a passion for delivering high quality foods and enjoy the flexibility of working at different sites.

Specifically you will:

Ensure the smooth running of kitchen services and maintain hygiene standards.
Liaise directly with our Client to manage and deliver their needs.
Create and update menus and processes to provide an innovative and exciting service.
Ensure that Health and Safety policies and standards are communicated and complied with through all levels of staff.
Manage and develop staff to achieve the highest standard of work promoting a positive team spirit and ensuring a professional image is maintained.
Manage budgets and cash control.
Apply quality control procedures to ensure the maintenance of high standards and continuous improvement of service.
Meet potential customers to discuss their requirements and provide quotations.
To succeed as a Chef Manager you will need:

Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Cookery and Food Hygiene (e.g. City & Guilds 706).
Significant experience as a Sous Chef/Chef Manager/Head Chef
A proven ability to manage and control budgets
Good team building skills with an ability to motivate staff to achieve targets.
Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety regulation.
Customer focus with good and relationship building skills.
The flexibility to effectively manage a busy, operation with occasional weekend working.
Excellent IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
