Looking for a real brand operator with a strong personality you must have run a high-paced blue chip technology business, with a real understanding of how to produce the highest levels of operational excellence, and customer service skills to deliver a branded customer experience.
You must have strong communication skills, coupled with high personal standards and team building skills, you must be self-motivated, structured, and organized with the tenacity to succeed in a high profile challenging role, you must have strong drive coupled with a great sense of humor, and the ability to think outside the box.
You must have high focus on motivating your team, to deliver challenging yet achievable targets with excellent operational standards to run a profitable well-managed operation.
