Due to positive hiring intentions , Manpower are expanding our Corporate Sales team and looking for Corporate sales individuals with experience of the recruitment industry, to join us, to help us deliver on our growth strategy.
You will develop and implement a client plan designed to develop and maintain long-term profitable relationships, generating new revenue streams for Manpower. The person will effectively communicate the goals and client objectives to the relevant Manpower teams,
*Develop sales strategy with a multi tier account plan. Set specific goals to meet profitability objectives.
*Prepare detailed sales plans for all pipeline clients, strategy for winning business developed.
*Measure and manage results-driven Performance, through a combination of strategic and tactical measures.
*Maintain in-depth knowledge of customer contracting, businesses/market sectors, organisation and structure, and key stakeholders.
*Provide best practice leadership in sales planning and execution to a variety of clients.
*Identify and exploit opportunities for service and market development to continue to enhance Manpower’s reputation for creativity and innovation as a leader in the industry.
*Evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) for target client organisations.
*Develop and implement added value concepts and services with new clients, focusing on higher value solutions to a broad group of clients (People Solutions, Contact Centres, solutions etc).
*Identify cost savings in order to improve operating profit. Undertake cost/benefit analysis, monitor budgetary process using appropriate financial reporting structures
*Establish strategies for focusing the attention of the Manpower branches around the client while championing new ideas.
*Proactive in meeting client expectations and anticipating resources or steps to take to provide the appropriate level of service.
*Leverage and share best practice account management across the client account and throughout Manpower
You can be based in the London area, and looking to secure new business, through targeting prospect clients in agreed market sectors, who are UK or International companies., but have Head Office functions/senior Key Decision makers in the area.
