We’re looking for a creative, fun and highly-capable Head of HR for an online media business. You will manage a mall team and will take responsibility for people issues across the company. As part of the senior management team, you will take ownership for all aspects of HR from partnering senior stakeholders on strategic people issues to developing talent pipelines, managing HR projects and operational day-to-day HR.
To be considered for this role you must be:
An excellent senior HR professional with experience in a commercial environment, ideally in the media or digital space.
An outstanding people manager, able to establish meaningful relationships quickly and efficiently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing SME environment
Able to communicate confidently and effectively with challenging stakeholders
Forward-thinking and strategic in your approach to HR, able to propose and drive HR initiatives
