Are you working in Technical Recruitment and looking for your first step into an In-house Recruiter / HR Generalist role with HR training?
Salary £30000 – £35000 + excellent package including bonus, 25 days holiday, pension, healthcare and life insurance
An In-house Recruiter / HR Generalist is required to join the HR team in this established software company to provide in-house recruitment (volume technical recruiting) and HR Generalist support to line managers.
Degree educated (min 2:1) with strong administration skills your responsibilities will include:
Management of all Personnel Files (currently manual but currently exploring HRIS)
Assist with projects such as implementation of HRIS
Inputting of payroll to outsourced payroll company
Management of recruitment, PSL’s, sourcing and recruiting, graduate recruitment fairs
Assist in the administration of benefits including pension, life insurance, healthcare and childcare voucher schemes
Provide full ER advice to both employees on Company policies and to Line Managers on procedures
Form strong working relations with hiring managers to partner with the business
The In-house Recruiter / HR Generalist will have
Strong recruitment experience (360 recruitment cycle from job specification writing to on-boarding, with knowledge of job boards in order to source candidates, and recruitment tools)
Competent MSOffice skills
Able to converse effectively with Line Managers.
Seeking to progress their career within HR to develop their Employment Law knowledge especially in ER issues, as well as payroll outsourcing, policies and procedures and training. Great opportunity !
