My Client is looking to hire 111 Call Handlers on a temp to perm basis.
The course is to start 25/01/2016
Location – Bicester
Pay rate – £8.53 – Unsociable hours to be paid after +5 weeks then 25% once Permanent
Working Shifts – We are looking for part time staff covering weekend, nights and evening shifts with lengths of 6 hours. Four on Four off nights = 26.5hrs
12 to 18 hours working three weekends out of four
All staff will be expected to work bank holidays (including Christmas, Easter, ect)
To be considered for this role you will need to be able to commit to a full time 6 week call handling and software assessment training course.
To succeed the ideal candidate should have:
• Good communication and telephone manner
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Good organisation and Administration skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Relevant computer skills including MS Office packages
• Willingness to learn new skills
Overall purpose of the role:
Responsible for responding to calls from the general public and healthcare professionals requiring urgent healthcare services. You will need to assess the needs of the caller and implement necessary action ranging from dispatching an ambulance to making a referral to the appropriate available service.
