Taylor Martin Recruitment provides close working relationships through understanding the needs of our clients and delivering the highest quality of service to our prestigious clients. We are seeking a recruitment administrator for a short term position to provide additional support to our busy Luton office

Your role

Answering telephones in a friendly and professional manner
Acting as the front face of the business for candidates and clients alike
Dealing with day to day enquires & queries
Completing candidate files ensuring our compliance process is completed
Using our internal business management system
Confirming appointments for candidates
Working to targets and deadlines
Working with a focused team of individuals
Confirming hours worked for payroll processing
Administering our payroll process at branch level
Supporting the business by following relevant policies and procedures
You will have a background in a similar role and be available for an immediate start. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm

Taylor Martin are also currently recruiting ambitious recruitment consultants so whilst this is a temporary role there may be other permanent opportunities within the organisation for dynamic career minded professionals!
