Our client seek a personable and experienced customer service advisor to join their growing team.
37.5 hour week
Working shifts between 7.30am – 5.30pm
Based North Norwich
Shifts given 4 weeks in advance
Dealing with customer enquiries via phone, email and letter
Answering telephone enquiries
Dealing with price queries and providing customers information on the service provided
Taking sales over the telephone
Lost property queries
Correspondence to customer via email and letter
Grade C and above in Maths and English
Previous customer service experience, telephone or face to face
Able to commit to working a shift pattern within the above hours.
