As a successful candidate you should be self motivated, tenacious, confident and money hungry.
Experience within telesales or a sales environment is advantageous due to the competitive nature of the market place.
You will need to demonstrate these attributes through examples where you have excelled, through excellence in sport, academia, extra-curricular, business (sales) or any other area of your life.
You will be trained on the full Recruitment cycle, from CV searching through to negotiating fees with Client companies at Director Level.
You will learn how to develop new business, how to conduct client meetings and interview candidates.
You can progress quickly to positions of leadership, autonomy and freedom to run your own desk and take control of your career.
The company offer a generous basic salary, commission and incentive schemes, structured training and career development pathways and a culture that is both competitive and supportive.
Trainees can expect to earn £40,000 in their first year with the top earners at the company taking home £300,000 per annum. The basic salary ranges from £20-25K per year, dependent on experience
