Sales Assistant: Immediate Start
Snowbird Advertising is a dynamic outsourced sales & marketing firm that recently expanded to Birmingham! We are therefore seeking new team leaders to continue the expansion throughout the rest of the UK. We are looking for smart, ambitious and hard-working individuals to join our growing team as a sales trainee assistant.
No experience is necessary, but you’ll need to be 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the UK.

We provide new customers for our clients on a daily basis through various sales campaigns aimed at targeting specific markets. This allows us to explain their options clearly, answer questions and complete necessary contracts. This is an entry level role, experience in sales or marketing is not required, but you will need to start at grass roots level where pay is based on commission only. Initially you will provide sales & marketing services on a self-employed basis along with the other experienced consultants. Understanding that all of our clients want more customers, our seniority-free environment allows our team to prove themselves and express their potential through their work. Dedication and a great work ethic are essential for those looking to advance through our business development programme, as we only promote internally you will be working alongside motivated and competitive individuals.

We want to help our clients increase their market share in the Birmingham area, so we interact with customers in a relaxed environment at their work, home door to door, or through event based sales operations.
Sales Representative Requirements:
You’ll need to be over 18 and eligible to work in the UK
Smart dress and a professional attitude are encouraged because we meet with customers face-to-face
Must be able to work independently and within a team environment
