The key priorities of the role will include:
Coordinating resourcing campaigns
On boarding of new team members
Maintaining HR compliance
Coordinating the UK salary administration and benefit programmes
being the point of contact for day to day, first-line employee relations issues/HR policy queries.
The role will also include the coordination of the UK learning and development training plan and ensuring the timely delivery of the global Performance and Development Review programme as well as working on the delivery of project based outcomes, in line with the client’s global people strategy.
The HR Advisor will work closely with the UK based management teams, but will have a strong reporting relationship with the US based HR Director who will coach and provide support/guidance to the HR Advisor on a day to day basis providing also the opportunity to learn how HR works in an American environment too.
This will suit an HR professional who holds the delivery of a high quality, customer orientated service as a core personal value.
The role will be of particular interest to candidates who have a real desire to grow their HR experience as the business continues to grow and who are willing to be coached in a very different kind of HR service delivery, with an international dimension.
Ideally a graduate with a professional HR qualification and some proven HR work experience/achievements already (ideally in a start up technology business), to be successful in this role you will also need:
Exceptionally strong client service delivery skills
A flexible, consultative style
A methodical approach – a project style mentality but equally comfortable with changing priorities and uncertainty!
Excellent accuracy, with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
It will be a given that you have exceptional administration/IT literacy skills.
