Account Manager required for global start-up, based in the UK. Funded and supported by an established digital brand (in business for 10 years) and operating across the globe, providing one of the most innovative and creative services in the world today.
Having just closed its first national funding round, the company is looking to expand their core team in the UK to see the business through its next phase of growth.
With a technical SaaS product (that currently exists as a ‘one-of-a-kind’ in the UK) and onsite customer hardware, they now require an Account Manager who can both take care of existing clients, whilst also developing new relationships and generating new opportunities.
Due to the nature of the products – any experience within the Music, Entertainment or Hospitality industry would be a bonus.
As an Account Manager, you will be able to work remotely (from home) for 4 days a week, with 1 day spent onsite in their Richmond location (TW9). They are very flexible on how you structure your week / month.
You will focus on the handling of inbound sales opportunities, generation of outbound leads, convertion of prospects and ensuring they’re integrated, setup and continue to be happy with their new service and installation.
Account Manager Key responsibilities
Responding quickly to sales enquiries and qualifying them effectively
Accurately answering sales questions about the products, licensing and other queries
Demonstrating the system to prospects by hosting online webinars and sales calls
Passing relevant deals and information to the appropriate partner when required
Quoting, negotiating and closing new deals achieving optimal contract length and value
Contacting, upgrading and upselling to existing customers
Generating outbound opportunities using Lead Forensics and LinkedIn etc
Maintaining an accurate record of opportunities within the CRM system
Account Manager Personal Specification
You will be a self motivated and hands on professional with impeccable attention to detail. You will be more than capable of taking ownership of tasks, managing your own time effectively and using your initiative to get things done.
Working remotely can sometimes be a challenge and requires a significant amount of both self-motivation and passion for the industry. The client will offer huge amounts of both support and regular interaction, with weekly onsite meetings and structured communication flow. They are great people with a great product and they can’t wait for you to join them!

2+ years B2B sales experience – OR
2+ years Account Management experience
Proven track record
Excellent written and spoken English
