We are currently looking for ambitious individuals to join our rapidly expanding team located within an enviable London location working within Commercial Insurance, Energy and Telecommunication services. This position offers superb career prospects, great benefits and an excellent financial package which increases with progression. You will progress from a Junior to a Senior Broker within 6-9 months and your commission will increase at this stage. We give you the opportunity to work with approachable business experts who will allow you the freedom to choose which area you specialise in when you are promoted to a Senior level.

Conducting outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing business customers across the UK
Establishing Customer needs and identifying sales opportunities, building strong business relationships
Matching products to established needs and liaising with each Sales team, transferring calls for the sale to be closed with a Senior Broker.
Working with other business teams in Cross selling and referring other potential business products and leads
Maintaining regular and documented contact with existing customer base, building relationships and developing new accounts
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 months – 2 years’ sales experience including retail.
