This role will involve the following duties:
- Depreciation accounts
- Contacting colleagues to ensure that payments are correctly authorized
- Rectifying queries from external vendors
- Filing and maintenance of records
- Reconciliation of ledgers
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Assisting colleagues with other Finance duties
- Effective communicator, capable of handling supplier/customer issues and responding positively
- Customer focused with the ability to solve problems and be decisive
