Technical Administrator Â£20,000 to Â£30,000
Leading Lloyds Broker is seeking a Technical Administrator where you will provide a range of support services to the client service teams. The role encompasses, but is not limited to, the provision of administrative services to the four Property teams, the preparation of policy documents and invoices, maintenance of compliance records together with the verification of information and resolution of routine queries.
Â·Provision of administrative support
Â·Provide assistance with the monitoring and checking of policy documents for accuracy.
Â·Processing and issuing basic renewal documents e.g. certificates.
Â·Preparing cover summary for review by either the client service team.
Â·Working on premium allocations where required.
Â·Preparation of invoices for renewal and Mid Term Amendments.
Â·Update records on SSP Sector and company systems.
Â·Communicate with insurers and clients as required by client service teams.
Â·Process internal documents as required by client service teams.
Â·Provide prompt and accurate resolution of accounts queries.
Â·Contribute to the effective running of the team by reviewing procedures.
Â·Monitor and respond to Management Information reports.
Â·Ideally you will have a good standard of education
Â·Ideally at least 2 years’ experience in using Insurance Broking systems, preferably SSP Sector.
