Â£20,000 – Â£25,000 Basic Salary
Our client is looking for Entry Level Executive Search Consultants to join their fast growing, dynamic team. Within the Executive Search Market they are one of the fastest growing companies of the past 5 years and are keen to add Entry Level Consultants to train to match their expansion ambitions. Within the role you’ll be offered responsibility early on to work with clients and develop advisory skills to help our client and their partners continuously progress within their markets. Our client works within a range of markets including Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, IT, Banking and Technology so you’ll have the opportunity to specialise within a sector that really interests you and one where you can develop to become a market-leading consultant.
Working on a multitude of platforms you will be responsible for attracting new business to the company’s client basis and maintaining good relationships with pre-existing clients. Alongside client attraction, your advisory and search services will be utilised to find and attract the top talent within the industry to help our companies clients accelerate their growth.
Â·Â£20,000- Â£25,000 basic salary with uncapped commission 1st year OTE Â£40k
