My client, a Sunday Times Virgin Fast-track 100 small companies to work for is looking to hire two ambitious, money hungry consultants to join their rapidly expanding recruitment consultancy firm. Since their inception in the last 5 years they have grown year on year moving their way up the Sunday Times Virgin Fast-track 100 list and are now looking to add two junior consultants to their company to help facilitate further growth.
Located in Bank, Central London they work within the Finance, Banking, Pharmaceutical, IT, Technology and are now looking to move into emerging markets and look to expand their international presence by opening subsidiary offices across The Americas, Middle East and Far East regions.
The office has a vibrant, competitive atmosphere that rewards achievements and believes in organic growth by only promoting from within for their senior positions. The role would entail the consultants undertaking an award-winning training structure to help them understand the complexities of the role with intricate details enabling the consultant to become an expert within their field. Alongside in-depth understanding of the field the training will prepare the consultant for the client-facing responsibilities and negotiation skills to work easily with high net worth individuals.
Previous successful consultants have gone on to earn over Â£55,000 year 1 and be promoted to level of team leader within their first 2 years.
Â·Sourcing high calibre candidates through advertising, networking, headhunting and meeting candidates.
Â·Managing the interview process through phone interviews and face-to-face interviews.
Â·Managing client relations by working with them and putting forward candidates to interview for roles.
Â·Negotiation management; matching candidate and clients expectations, agreeing contract specifications and closing the placement process.
Â·Building your own client base and working to help develop the business further.
Â·Â£20,000 – Â£24,000 Basic with uncapped commission potential (Â£40k+ 1st year OTE)

Previous successful consultants have demonstrated the following criteria:
– Come from a top 50 university with a 2:2 or above.
– Money motivation and the drive to further their career.
– Natural communication skills both on the phone and in person.
– Come from a sales background or have the ability and interest in moving into a fast paced recruitment and sales role.
– Confidence to be the face of the business when dealing with high net worth clients to build lasting relationships.
-A competitive streak from a sporting background or team based competitive environment.
