Your role will be to assist the Senior Consultants on retained assignments. You will be required to build a network of Executive level candidates, proactively sell opportunities and assist in the recruitment process involved in high profile retained assignments.
Deliver the best candidates in the market to the Senior Consultant so they are able to deliver those candidates to their Clients within their key accounts
Candidate generation through the use of all mediums; headhunting, search, networking, contact management, advertising and referrals
Networking and developing long-term candidate relationships
Conduct face-to-face and telephone interviews with potential candidates
Be responsible for maintaining the internal Contact Management System, ensuring all communication is documented, ensuring market intelligence, client and candidate profiles are easily accessible by all members of Simply Executive Contracting
Highly organised and resilient team player

Experience and Skills
A minimum of two years recruitment experience preferred
Passion for Finance, appreciation of investment banking
IT or Business based Recruitment experience is advantageous (preferably within a banking or finance related company)
