Support Engineer ( Microsoft / Citrix / Cisco / Cloud / Windows )

My client is looking for a Support Engineer ( Microsoft / Citrix / Cisco / Cloud / Windows ) for an immediate start. The Support Engineer will have at least 3 years minimum experience in a similar role and are confident and a career driven individual.
As the Support Engineer ( Microsoft / Citrix / Cisco / Cloud / Windows ) you will be working with several clients and working at client site therefore there will be traveling involved around London on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Support Engineer/2nd line support and have a proactive attitude and ability to work assigned tasks with little or no daily supervision, excellent communication skills and have flexibility and capable of adapting to a changing and evolving environment to meet business needs and have experience with implementing windows server.

Essential skills/knowledge Support Engineer ( Microsoft / Citrix / Cisco / Cloud / Windows ):
* Should have at least 3 years’ experience in an 2nd line IT Support role
* Microsoft desktop operating systems and applications
* Cloud exposure
* Strong Local & Wide Area networking skills including configuration of switches & routers
* Mac Desktop and Server knowledge and experience
* Extensive knowledge of the computer environment and the ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems or issues to the satisfaction of the customer or end user
* Mobile devices including Blackberry/iPhone/Android
* Windows 7/8/8.1

Desirable requirements Support Engineer ( Microsoft / Citrix / Cisco / Cloud / Windows):

* MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator 7/8 or MCITP: Windows 7 or Windows 8, Enterprise Desktop Support Technician
* Citrix CCA
* ITIL based methodologies
* Apple MAC (Mac OS X Certifications)
* Cisco exposure
* ITIL Foundation V3
* Mac
