Our client is a legal firm seeking a Secretary with good keyboard skills who can provide secretarial cover during a very busy period.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communicate skills and the ability to manage emails and an electronic diary efficiently.

Hours of work will be 9am- 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Knowledge of liberate case management software, Microsoft Outlook and Word is desirable.

Your daily tasks will include:

Keeping records up to date
Typing up legal documents
Answering the phone
Organising diaries
Making appointments with clients
This role has an immediate start.
