In the fast-paced world of Operations we are responsible for deal production. We liaise with partners to take deals from idea to inbox by reviewing and scheduling offers; crafting compelling copy; and shooting and editing photos to create a robust experience for merchants and consumers. Our Project Management team keeps the trains moving on time, working across departments on initiatives touching the entire company.

We are currently recruiting for a talented and motivated Production Coordinator to join our Operations team in Covent Garden, London- you will gain experience working with our flagship product and an enormous variety of premium local businesses within the UK and Ireland. Individuals have the opportunity to learn about the various elements which allow us to deliver premium daily deal offerings to our millions of subscribers in the UK and Ireland.

Your Responsibilities:

Review contract terms to ensure that all submitted deals are of the very highest quality
Review and ensure deals are compliant to Advertising Standards Authority regulations
Responsible for drafting deal ‘fine print’ terms
Manage and coordinate the production lifecycle process of LivingSocial promotions
Managing deal content – liaising with internal editorial and graphics departments to meet production deadline
Design reviews with clients – managing client expectations and any reasonable amendments
Quality assurance
Desired skills, experience & qualifications:

Educated to degree level or equivalent
Existing experience in a similar production role – ideally press, publishing or E-commerce
Meticulous with an outstanding level of attention to detail
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
The ability to work in a targeted and fast paced environment
First-rate communication skills – written and verbal
Self-motivated with an excellent work ethic
Ability to think quickly and adapt to unforeseen challenges at a moment’s notice
An outgoing personality and a great sense of humour!
