Job description

Reward Manager Central Operations

To support the design and delivery of competitive reward policies and practices for the T200 talent, while also developing global reward solutions and managing the roll out/implantation of those solutions

Operates as the central corporate Reward manager focusing on the management of T200 and executive remuneration, working closely with Global Head of Reward and relevant Reward Controller.
Prepares Standing Committee notes and supports the global BCCs, effectively flaggingto the Regional Reward Managers and Group Head of Reward all key strategy and operational issues relating to reward within the Committees Terms of Reference
Direct involvement and management of the moves and exit of the T200 personnel in respect of remuneration and compensation
Manages T200 salary review and supports the Reward Controller in governance/reporting related to executive compensation
Develops and maintains key reward diagnostics and benchmarks to develop relevant insights/proposalswhich can be used to enhance reward and talent strategy and remuneration practices for employees across the group
Acts as Project Manager for all Global Reward projects
Ensures day to day management of the relevant global suppliers
Skills / experience required for the job

Solid rounded technical expertise in reward, particularly in market comparisons, pay range and policy setting, and relating it to business dynamics
Strong expertise in modelling, allowing the individual to combine technical reward knowledge with an ability to scenario build and test utilising Excel will be an essential capability for the role
Understanding of global line functions set up and way of working. Previous above market experience will be an advantage
Commercial orientation
Demonstrates ability to think and act both strategically and operationally, and manage highly confidential and sensitive information
Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail and excellent execution capabilities
The ability and confidence to navigate through complexity and ambiguity
Credibility within the community to engage and influence
Experience of operating in a highly matrix organization
Understanding of global mobility policies and practices
