Case Investigation Officers
£29,815 pa plus benefits
London

About the role
Case Investigation Officers are responsible for the timely and proportionate investigation of a personal caseload of investigations to enable the NMC to fulfil its statutory obligation to protect the public. You will assess and process individual cases in accordance with statutory processes and standard operating procedures. You will have the ability to analyse evidence, understand detailed policies and procedural frameworks and will have good IT literacy. You will be able to communicate clearly and tactfully with customers at all levels, both internally and externally. You will strive to deliver high standards of customer care and will be competent in dealing with conflicting demands and prioritising your workload effectively.
Case Officers
£25,430 pa plus benefits
London

About the role
Case Officers are responsible for efficient casework progression in line with legislative requirements, operational standards and quality and performance indicators to fulfil the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) statutory obligation to protect the public. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task and prioritise a high workload whilst provide high level of customer care. You will have experience of case management, excellent communications skills as well as a high level of IT literacy.
Case Administrators
£20,506 pa plus benefits

About the role
Case Administrators provide comprehensive support to the case teams, assist with case progression and provide excellent standards of customer care to all internal and external stakeholders. You will be able to work well within a team and will have the ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise a high workload. Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience of inputting and retrieving data from databases is essential.
Panel Secretaries
£29,815 pa plus benefits
London (with occasional travel within the UK)

About the role
Panel Secretaries are responsible for drafting determinations and outcomes in various Fitness to Practise Panel hearings/meetings and are required to ensure the smooth running of these whilst providing support to the panel and hearing attendees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work as part of a team. With experience of speaking in a public setting and the ability to take accurate notes, your attention to detail and presentation skills will be of the highest calibre.
