The Dunhill Cigars Business Development Manager will be responsible with developing, executing and evaluating consumer engagement strategies and plans for key Accounts to support marketing plans and achieve account, brand, volume, merchandising and promotion objectives for respective customers in the most effective and efficient way.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Data:
– Gather, analyse and consolidate Consumers information & trends within top 5 markets to clearly understand the positioning of our Brands, competitive environment and business requirements
– Gather, analyse & consolidate Euromonitor market datas inclusive of Competition for the BRIC markets and make optimum business recommendation
-Collect top 5 markets monthly sell-out reports to track performance vs Trade KPI’s

2. Brands:
-Responsible for gathering IBG artwork and sign off in a timely manner regarding our key launches and be the link with our NPI colleagues to gather development costs and transfer prices based on final Designs
-Responsible for providing Briefs to NPI Team regarding new Launches
-Update/Refresh Training material & tools used internally but also for Field purpose (Retail / Reps / Brand Ambassador)
-Management of Media plan (Advertising space, visuals, budget)
Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical skills
• Business school / University level degree
• Significant experience in the cigar business
• Marketing Knowledge – formal qualification desirable with comprehensive understanding of all elements of the marketing mix.
• Working knowledge of all inter-related company functions
• Demonstrated analytical, interpersonal, negotiation skills
• Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
• Good planning skills with specific attention to detail
• Ability to analyze problems, recommend solutions and action plans within organizational policy.
• Ability to operate independently whilst being results-oriented
• Create and drive first class initiatives to exploit smart opportunities
• Proven ability to think strategically and conceptually
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines in a constantly changing environment
