Manager, Partnerships & Business Development

King is looking for a Manager in the Partnerships & BD group to join our growing team!Are you interested in working with game teams to build a product that millions of players will love every minute?Are you interested in building on web and mobile platforms and social networks to create great user experience and deep engaging games? This position might be for you!The critical success factor for this role will be to build and maintain strategic relationships and execution with both our top partners and game studios.

Your role within our Kingdom

Interface and manage strong direct relationships with strategic partners on which we build our games on.

·Create analyses and business cases to support new platform partner features.

·Leverage data from our games and network to develop insight analyses and drive recommendations for new product features and changes with partners.

·Gather feedback and requests from game, user acquisition and business intelligence teams to collaborate with partners for innovation and improvements to their ecosystems.

·Partner closely with game studios via data driven analyses to identify, test and analyze opportunities (game features, mechanics, virility) on platforms for user reach, retention and monetization.

·Analyze and track key metrics on how our games leverage platform partner features and channels to highlight trends and potential issues for strategic reporting and decision making.

·Recommend and drive best practices for building on partner platforms that deliver user reach, retention and revenue.

·Understand all aspects of platform partner relevant features, channels, Terms of Service (TOS), and other policies and educate studios in potential implications and impact.

·Develop scalable process to communicate partner updates, changes and action items to all studios and internal stakeholders.

Skills to create thrills

·BA/BS degree with strong academic record.

·Proven experience in a partner management, business operations role gained from a gaming, media, consumer web or mobile services company is essential.

·Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex problems, leading to developing and communicating recommendations and action plans to senior management.

·Drive analyses and recommendations with data-driven framework.

·Experienced in managing external and internal stakeholders to execute recommendations and action plans.

·Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

·Excellent project management skills.

·Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.

·Excellent oral and communications skills to express complex and analytical concepts with clarity.

·Review platform feature specs and documentation and negotiate testing trade-offs.

·Ability to take ownership of an issue and see it through resolution.
