Finance Administrator £15k Basic + Benefits based in Fareham
Protected.co.uk are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our growing Finance department. You will be responsible for inputting data as well as supporting the Finance team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
What are my key responsibilities?
General administration for the finance department
To transfer data from insurers commission statements onto our internal database
Enter data onto our accountancy system
Manage cashback and cheque process
Liaise with insurance companies to progress enquiries
The ideal candidate will be:
Interested in a career within finance
Proficient in Excel
Competency in dealing with external organisations and staff internally
Attention to detail
Interest in starting finance qualifications
Background within a financial/administration role
Fast learner on bespoke software packages
Ability to present ideas and suggest improvements
