HR Administrator – Stockport

My client, based just outside of Stockport are a leading global manufacturing company, they are currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator, to join their existing and long standing team.
This is an excellent role, with lovely hours, and then an early finish on Friday.
The user will act as a key user of the HR system, ensuring all authorised work is processed in an accurate and timely manner for the monthly payroll deadline and attend Global Data Quality Meetings and act upon issues if needed
Duties will include:
Ensuring copies of data changes are provided to the payroll manager, updated on systems and filed away accordingly
Managing an internal recruitment system including the distribution to managers of appropriate CVs, arranging telephone interviews and obtaining references
Ensuring all employees paperwork is up to data at al time, including the paperwork for new starters to uphold the companies 100% HR data accuracy level
Inputting employee absence details onto the system and reporting any issues where necessary
Maintaining the archiving and filing system
Handle paperwork and queries regarding disciplinary action and grievances
Providing accurate data handling and administrative support to the HR team
Essential skills and experience:
Experience of working in a busy HR Department within a busy Manufacturing company
Working towards a CIPD Qualification, would be an advantage but not essential
Experience of using ADP Freedom and / or Workday would be an advantage but not essential
