Due to the continued growth of our Mobility Hub we are currently recruiting for an Office Manager, you will responsible for running the office and assisting members of staff within the hub.
What you will be doing As Office Manager you’ll be responsible for the provision of operational administrative excellence to support our Mobility Hub. You’ll need to be a self – starter who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved at the task at hand. It is a busy environment, so it always helps to be one step ahead!
In this role, you’ll take ownership of and lead the administrative function, providing services and support so that all employees can work in a top – notch environment with the facilities they need. You’ll strive to continually improve the way we do things in terms of the look and feel of the office, ensuring everyone has the equipment to perform their role effectively. To do so, you’ll need to work in partnership with internal teams such as Finance, HR, IT and facilities.
A key part of the role will be to help support our recruitment team in coordination of interviews and diaries. You will also be responsible for arranging travel plans for the team.
What we are looking for
Proven experience of leading an office administration function
You’ll have excellent organisational skills, with a proven ability to prioritise and juggle conflicting deadlines
You’ll have an ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of people, both internally and externally
You’ll have proven experience of managing suppliers e.g. office supplies, stationery, Health & Safety training
You’ll need strong project management skills and an ability to multitask
You’ll demonstrate good attention to detail and accuracy in your work
You’ll exercise good judgement and decision making ability
You’ll be fluent in using MS Office

Detecting information and events across all Systems and enable relevant listener to receive
Improving end to end, standardized integration practice and processes
Masking the complexity of underlying data sources and present in a simpler and governed & secure way
