Our client is currently seeking an experienced Head Concierge to work at a luxury residential apartment development in SE1.
o To ensure that the building is running smoothly 24/7
o To provide a prompt, courteous and efficient service to residents, whilst maintaining a high level of security throughout the building and its perimeters.
o To lead and direct the team of concierge staff by example
o Supervise contractors and ensure that works are carried out to a high standard
o Liaise with managing agents and residents committee
o Ensure that an excellent front of house service is provided to residents and guests
o Prepare staff rotas and deal with any staffing issues.
o To handle and program key fobs.
o To ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
o To carry out regular site walks and address any actions required in a timely manner.
o Deal with any queries or issues from residents in a prompt and courteous manner.

Candidates with previous experience working in luxury apartments would be desirable. The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent employer references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
