KC / Helpdesk – Windows, Exchange, AD, Remote Support, SCCM
My client has an urgent requirement for a helpdesk analyst to join their team. This person will be responsible for fault resolution in their Windows environment with technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft products. Daily duties will involve tasks such as creating / deleting users and mailboxes, password resets and basic fault resolution among other activities.Experience with Backup Exec is beneficial, as is any Microsoft certifications. Remote support experience is beneficial, as is face-to-face IT support.
